The Illegal Kidnapping and Persecution of Reiner Fuëllmich

It appears as if German lawyer, Reiner Fuëllmich, who recognized the COVID crimes against humanity as early as 2020, has been set up. Fuëllmich was spearheading a project known as the “Second Nuremberg”, and co-founded the Corona Investigative Committee. His Committee consulted about a hundred and fifty scientists and experts from around the world, as well as former employees of the World Health Organization, and their findings showed them that the COVID measures were the first steps in a plan to destroy regional economies in order to make populations dependent upon global supply chains, and were intended to reduce the population and install a world government under the United Nations.

The Corona Committee received a lot of donations which they believed were not safe due to the recent history of bank accounts being seized by complicit governments. One million Euros in gold was purchased and put in holding. To fund operations, both Reiner Fuëllmich and Viviane Fischer took out secured loans. Reiner’s loan was for seven-hundred-thousand euros and was to be repaid with the proceeds from selling his home. All documented and agreed upon by the committee.

Members of the Corona Committee met with a law firm in August of 2022, and filed criminal charges against Fuëllmich. Committee members, Justus Hoffmann, Marcel Templin and Antonia Fischer, claimed that Füllmich embezzled seven-hundred-thousand euros, the loan that he officially took out. They claimed he was a violent anti-Semite and that if he were given the opportunity to comment before criminal proceedings began, they would not file the complaint.

Two warrants were issued for his arrest, from Germany and from the E.U., without Reiner’s knowledge. Without an international arrest warrant, German and Mexican authorities illegally abducted Füllmich at the German embassy in Mexico. He was then flown to the Frankfurt Airport where he was arrested and put in jail. International law experts are calling his arrest an illegal kidnapping.

According to documented company plans, Füllmich's loan was to be repaid after the sale of his property. But the very same people that filed the complaint against Füllmich, sabotaged this agreement. The contracts stated that the profits of the Füllmich property was to be transferred to a Füllmich account so that he could repay the loan. But the notary, who is sworn to be neutral and independent, instructed the buyers to transfer the one-point-one-five-eight million euros into Marcel Templin's account. Which made it impossible for Reiner to repay the loan.

The loans were transparently agreed upon in written contracts. There was no secrecy and the company was aware of the loans at all times. The evidence that proves this has been officially submitted to the court, who has chosen to ignore it and has muzzled the defense and ordered they not be allowed to mention it.

The evidence shows that Hoffmann, Templin, and the notary, illegally obtained access to the profits of Füllmich’s property. And not only is the court ignoring this evidence, they have summoned these same people as witnesses against Füllmich.

The complaint states, "Füllmich has also made himself liable to prosecution for embezzlement by purchasing the gold bars without the consent of the shareholders, obscuring their existence and possessing them for himself." But the purchase of the gold bars is also documented. They are in holding and can only be accessed with the signatures of both Reiner Füllmich and Viviane Fischer. This is shown in company documents which were never given to the public prosecutor. But they have been submitted by the defense, and are being ignored by the court.

Furthermore, while the court froze Fuellmich’s accounts, they failed to freeze the one-point-one-five-eight million euros in Marcel Templin's account. Which is presumably still there, and appears to be the payoff for this internal coup.

The trial is happening now in Gottingen, Germany and the plaintiff’s sloppy accusations are beginning to fall apart. One reporter at the trial said: “The case was totally destroyed, and one could only sit there in amazement.” A journalist from BittelTV said that, “Reiner will not only be released but also compensated. The people who did this to him in my opinion will be charged themselves.”

It is beginning to appear as if justice may finally be served.

Imagine losing your passport, reporting it to the authorities, showing up at your country’s embassy to pick up your new passport, but instead you are arrested.

This is exactly what happened to Dr. Reiner Fuëllmich, the German lawyer who has steadfastly prosecuted elite officials for COVID-19 falsehoods, a deliberate crime against humanity. Fuellmich and his team have called for the second Nuremberg trial. Fuellmich and his wife Inka had been in Mexico a while. They lost their passports, so they went to the German embassy in Tijuana, Mexico. When they arrived at the embassy, the couple was told they needed to come back. The embassy arranged a time a few days later (on October 12) for them to pick up their passports. Mrs. Fuellmich received her passport and was allowed to leave, but her husband was arrested by six men. Following his arrest in Mexico, Dr. Fuellmich was flown to Germany, escorted there by the same six men. He had nothing with him on the plane, only the clothes he wore to the embassy that day. When he arrived in Germany, he was put in prison, where he remains to this day.

How did this happen?

Both Germany and the European Union (EU) issued warrants for Fuellmich’s arrest, first in March 2023, then in May 2023, but Fuellmich was never notified because he was in Mexico and out of the reach of the EU. This means the warrants could not be enforced, and someone needed a way to get him back to his home country and on German soil. The passport issue presented the perfect opportunity.

In September 2022, two members of his legal team, Viviane Fischer and Wolfgang Wodarg, announced on camera that Fuellmich would be leaving the Corona Committee. Why? Because of “financial irregularities”. Fuellmich is accused of transferring significant funds from the group to his and his wife’s private accounts, in many small transactions to try to keep it under the radar, so to speak.

Why did this happen?

Dr. Fuellmich is a well-known lawyer, famous for successfully suing Deutsche Bank for mortgage fraud and Volkswagen for their emissions scandal. Fuellmich was one of the early voices, speaking out in 2020 regarding violations of law and the medical and scientific fraud that was, and still is, the COVID-19 “pandemic.” He and several legal colleagues formed the German Corona Investigative Committee. Fuellmich has always been very outspoken and confident, pushing for a second Nuremberg trial, deemed Nuremberg 2.0. He and his team filed lawsuits against politicians and scientists in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand and South Africa, and he even led a mock grand jury proceeding to show what the Nuremberg 2.0 trial would one day look like:

“At the conclusion of the case and after you have heard all the evidence, we are confident that you will recommend indictments against all six putative figurehead defendants: Christian Drosten of Germany; Anthony Fauci of the United States; Tedros of the World Health Organisation; Bill Gates; BlackRock and Pfizer.

Ladies and gentlemen, this case is about a long-planned agenda of a group of ultra-rich people and their financial mafia based in the City of London and on Wall Street, to use a pseudo-pandemic as the guise behind which – while our attention is on the pandemic – they want to complete their decades-long efforts to gain full and complete control over all of us.

There are numerous platforms on which this group has been meeting and discussing this agenda. But the most important one is that of the World Economic Forum which was invented in 1971 by, a then 33-year-old, Klaus Schwab.”

Fuellmich is on the record many times for stating that COVID-19 is no worse than seasonal flu, and that it can be effectively treated with vitamins and ivermectin. He also stated that COVID-19 could not be accurately confirmed with PCR tests, and even invited US companies to join a class action lawsuit to that effect. In short, he has long stated that the approved “vaccines” are ineffective and untested, which we now all know is a fact. Fuellmich is a firebrand, and his outspoken nature, as well as the lawsuits and videos, did not sit well with many from the Deep State.

His own lawyer, Dagmar Shoen, says Fuellmich is too much over the target, and is therefore being targeted himself. She has compared his plight to that of Julian Assange because the arrest is politically and not legally motivated.

There are several points of interest worth noting:

#1 The charges levied against Fuellmich are over 30 pages long, demonstrating that this plan against him was very carefully planned and executed.

#2 The money that Fuellmich allegedly took is allegedly not in his own bank account but in the account of one of his former committee colleagues who filed the legal complaint against him.

#3 Fuellmich did not go straight from Mexico to Frankfurt, Germany. There was a stop in the United States, in New Mexico.

#4 It was only the day after he arrived in Germany that the arrest warrant was disclosed to him.

#5 Some lawyers have stated that the actions taken by German officials amount to an illegal kidnapping.

#6 Reiner’s work for the Corona committee was pro bono. He never billed for his legal work.

What happens now?

Fuellmich’s trial regarding the alleged diversion of funds to his private accounts began January 31, 2024 in the Göttingen Regional Court. A further charge regarding fraud was added, charging Fuellmich with another highly suspect charge. In Germany, like in many countries, people and businesses could submit applications for emergency aid during the pandemic. Fuellmich did so, and was granted 15,000 euros, but the charge states that he provided incorrect information on his application, thus the additional fraud charge.

Nine additional trial dates have also been scheduled. Fuellmich’s lawyers have issued a brief statement from Reiner:

“After 3 months in prison, I can’t thank you enough for the letters that show how important my work has been for you. Each and every one of you is more important that the evildoers who are trying to bring us under their control. We are determined to bring everyone to justice. We know what is behind what is happening. Stay strong. We will win!”

Investigative historian Celia Farber posted this audio message from Reiner on February 2. Is Reiner guilty or innocent? As he says: “Only one of these two narratives can be true, and if it turns out that my story is true, then we’ll see who goes to jail.”

Farber says she is working with reporter Greg Reese of The Reese Report on a deep investigation of Reiner’s case. Stay tuned to her substack for news. Fuellmich’s lawyer has asked for international support through articles. He has been steadfast in his journey, and a kindred spirit to Dr. Tenpenny. In fact, she has done interviews with Reiner. They are cut from the same cloth. Dr. Tenpenny has received countless letters telling her that she literally saved people’s lives; by cautioning them on the dangers of the COVID shots.  Dagmar Shoen says Reiner has received the same types of letters: “Reiner carried us through dark times.
