Yes, there were several hundred at the meeting last Wednesday. Supposedly, the period for lodging objections to the project has expired, but the councils involved were secret squirreling the details previous to this timeframe. Obviously obeying "orders from above."

You know it really is time for NZers to wake up and take a stand. Otherwise we will not have a NZ that is for its citizens, it will be owned by all offshore investors.
