I think the time is coming near - escalation of the wars in the Middle East & Eastern Europe herald a time of great conflict. Lebanon can't let this go and Russia can't afford more munitions losses on this scale. With regard to the latter, why would Russia not disperse it munitions to multiple smaller dumps ?
