Brilliant Robin, thank you. Just ordered some 1000mcg B12 & ALA with B1 derivative from IHerb - lucky if you can get B12 in NZ > 50mcg.

This is an excellent article Robin. Suspect many would benefit from this. B12 anomalies are so often misdiagnosed. Absorption is key......thank you and sending you healing wishes on your journey.

Thanks for this information. After I read it went to my functional medicine doctor and told her. She ordered b12 shots for me and in the past they have really helped. Will start the other two as well. I should not have to be giving this to a doctor who has studied medicine for 13 years. She said she knew nothing about SFN. What about just general health of nerves and the nervous system. Surely something was covered or not? I can't take amitriptyline due to anaphylaxis. I know it helps, so hard not to be able to take. Glad you are able to take it. What homeopathic treatments do you use? Some people swear by it.
