There seem to be similar drugs available in NZ sheep drenches but they are related and not identical. You would need to do your own research on them.
Look up NAET, it can help point whats causing your kidney issues, unfortunately there is not single naet practitioner in NZ but if you can fly to Sydney there are a few along the coast.

Can you test yourself for heavy metals, or if its some kind of subclinical viral infection or allergic reaction to EMFs? It would be helpful if you still have your testing vials

NZ/AUS has turned full authoritarian especially towards those who were practicing alternate therapies.
Maybe try an EMF bed canopy cover, turn off all electricity at the circuit breaker one night, see how you feel next day.
