More than a few people are taking to social media to report CLEAR SKIES since the shutdown of U.S.A.I.D. they report no chemtrails visible anywhere, for days!
In the brief social media video below, one guy is fascinated that there are actually clear skies above his house. He says he hasn't seen a sky without CHEMTRAILS for years!

I live in coastal Virginia and some days the skies are clear and blue, BUT just a couple of days ago I SAW Miles Long chemtrails. They are planes in the sky every single day all day long and some days you don’t see them right? so why is it other days there are chemtrails? Clearly it’s being done on purpose which we all know. I don’t think the chemtrails are going to stop. I think it goes much deeper than USAID
