I'm angry that these children are missing. These types of floods build over several days, and I'm nonplussed why these children weren't evacuated and taken to higher ground. I've so far concluded that the adults didn't understand the severity or badly misjudged the circumstances.

States can pass all the legislation they like about chemtrails, but the fact remains that the federal .gov is responsible for the spraying and this issue needs to be addressed at the federal level. Contrast that with Lyndon Johnson, a protege of FDR who wasn't afraid to get things done
Years ago, he was responsible for RURAL ELECTRIFICATION (Everybody else was opposed to giving poor farmers access to electricity)
He would have saved the Hill Country
