Deep constitutional crisis in the USA: Bombshell with TEXIT and Southern Confederacy - "Biden violated the "contract"" say the 25 States and sharpen their weapons...
Texas National Guard blockade of Biden forces - Civil war memories awakened...
This tells the story quite well from outside.
At the moment of posting quite a lot is not working including RT and the whole of the Russian internet
The conflict between the Biden administration and the 25 US states that stand by Texas is developing into a profound constitutional crisis.
A while ago, the American media reported that several Officials are studying the "TEXIT", i.e. the secession of Texas and other States that will lead to the change of the US Constitution with the creation of a Confederacy.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, addressing the federal government, emphasized that "Texas would never have entered the Union if it knew it could not protect itself."
The governor of N. Dakota, Noem, repeated that "Texas and the original 13 colonies would never have signed the treaty that formed the first constitution of the United States if they did not believe that their right to protect themselves was secured"!

"Biden violated the 'compact'""
The governor of the state of Texas, Greg Abbott, specifically said:
“The federal government has violated the contract between the United States and the states. The executive branch of the United States has a constitutional duty to enforce these laws and has in fact violated them .
"The result is that it has broken records for illegal immigration."
The same was emphasized by the 25 Republican governors of the USA who stand by Texas.
"We stand in solidarity with our fellow governor, Greg Abbott, and the State of Texas in using every tool to secure the border."
"Because the Biden administration has abandoned its constitutionally agreed 'compact' to the states, Texas has every legal justification to protect the sovereignty of our states and our nation."
There is a point of great political interest in their statement. Their reference to the "compact" they emphasize that Biden violated recalls - the language used by the Southern Confederacy before the Civil War of 1861-1865.
Southerners viewed the Constitution as a mere "contract" from which states could withdraw when they felt it had been violated.
"This is dangerous rhetoric " that goes beyond partisan rhetoric, Slate comments.
"There's no way that Texas would have joined the Union if that meant we couldn't protect ourselves." – Ken Paxton 🔥🔥🔥
Say that a little louder for the trolls in the back of the room...

Newsweek talks about TEXIT
That Supreme Court decision to allow federal officials to remove sections of Texas' barbed-wire fence along the border with Mexico sparked further calls for the state to declare independence from the United States, in a movement called Texit , writes Newsweek
Texans envision a successful independence referendum that will lead to a negotiation process with Washington that will end with two independent but closely related countries!
If this happens peacefully…
Democrats are calling on President Joe Biden to take control of the Texas National Guard amid claims by Gov. Greg Abbott that the White House has "broken the deal" between Washington and the states on immigration policy.
The Supreme Court ruled by a narrow 5-4 majority on Monday, authorizing federal Border Patrol agents to remove the barbed-wire fence that Texas authorities had erected at Abbott's behest.
Texas National Guard block on Biden forces
National Guard troops were deployed earlier to Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, Texas – a community along the Rio Grande River that has become a major hub for illegal immigration from Mexico and prevented Border Patrol agents from accessing the area.
Guard units will continue to "protect our State's sovereignty" and "hold the line at Shelby Park to prevent illegal entry into the State of Texas ," the National Guard said in a statement.
As reported, if Texas personnel continue to block federal officials from entering Shelby Park, retaliation by the federal government and the US military may be expected!
The controversial ruling has sparked fears of a major constitutional crisis in the United States, with Abbott issuing a "Statement of the Texas Constitutional Right to Self-Defense," emphasizing the state's right to defend itself against an invasion of illegal immigrants and accusing President Biden of violating and refusing to enforce illegal immigration laws.
The power to defend against invasion "is the supreme law of the land and overrides any federal law to the contrary," Abbott wrote.
"The Texas National Guard, Texas Department of Public Safety and other Texas personnel are acting under this authority, as well as state law, to secure the Texas border," according to the governor.
Fellow GOP governors from other states rallied behind Texas' "constitutional right to self-defense ," with several pledging to send their own National Guard formations to the state if asked to help secure the border
Other Republicans accused President Biden and Washington of playing with fire. "The feds are waging a civil war and Texas needs to stand up ," Louisiana Democratic Party spokesman Clay Higgins said in response to Monday's court ruling.

How serious are the economic and military capabilities of Texas?
The rapidly escalating standoff between Texas and Washington sets a dangerous precedent amid the deep divisions facing American society and its political establishment. In addition, Texas is one of the largest and most economically and militarily powerful states in the Union, with a population of nearly 30 million people and an annual GDP of approximately $2.4 trillion, making it the eighth largest economy in the world in nominal terms.
The Texas National Guard has up to 23,000 soldiers in its ranks, including veterans of U.S. combat operations overseas, and has 117 armories across the state that stock everything from small arms to MRAPs, Humvees, armored personnel carriers and tanks. The Texas Air National Guard consists of 4,400 personnel and operates aircraft including C-130 Hercules transport aircraft, Blackhawk helicopters, MQ-9 Reaper drones, F-16 fighters and more.

Who has ultimate authority over the National Guard?
National Guard forces are under the dual control of individual states and the federal government, with Governor Abbott having the authority to deploy the force to respond to natural disasters and other emergencies or to be activated in a security crisis. Congress can authorize the president to take command and use the National Guard to suppress insurrections against state governments, deal with threats that obstruct federal laws, or take measures to protect civil rights. It may also authorize the federal Armed Forces to perform similar duties.
Texas and independence
Breaking away from Mexico in 1836 to form the Republic of Texas before joining the United States in 1846, the Lone Star State's residents have a strong pro-independence bent. Polls in support of independence are not conducted regularly, for obvious reasons, but according to in a 2012 Rasmussen poll, 31 percent of Texans said the state had the right to secede, and 18 percent said they would support secession. That number rose to 39 percent among Republicans, with 16 percent of Democrats supporting the idea, according to a separate 2020 poll by the University of Texas and the Texas Tribune.
"In Texas, we are essentially on our own, enforcing our own measures to protect our borders as the federal government seems to be preoccupied with other issues," international geopolitical consultant and author Dr. David Oualaalou in relation to dealing with the escalating crisis between Austin (capital of Texas) and Washington.
“Living in Texas, I witness the chaos on our southern border every day. It is perplexing to see our administration fixate on foreign territories (see Ukraine) while our borders remain dangerously open," he added, stressing that "the Biden administration's emphasis on Ukraine's territorial integrity stands in stark contrast to the neglected state of our borders".
Hey America, let's show our support for Texas!
