I'm not sure who wrote the intro just before the article, and said they trust John Whitehad's constitutionalism but Mr. Whitehead is 100% WRONG on 14th amendment, which does NOT guarantee "birthright" citizenship, there is NO such thing under U.S. constitution. It actually says just the opposite which is that anyone who is under a foreign power (is a citizen of another country) and has a child in the U.S. does NOT get to have their child become a U.S. citizen. This is VERY CLEAR if you read the 14th amendment, also this article is very clear about it, which states:
"The 14th Amendment doesn’t say that all persons born in the U.S. are citizens. It says that “[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” are citizens. That second, critical, conditional phrase is conveniently ignored or misinterpreted by advocates of “birthright” citizenship."
I've found copies of constitution which has changed the words and therefore the meaning of this amendment so that it looks like it says anyone born in U.S. is a U.S. citizen. This is NOT correct, if you read it carefully and do your research.
As for the rest of the article, it compares Trump to Hitler and makes it sound as if Trump is now a dictator. I"ve found that this is something the left/deep state loves to do so that it looks like Trump is a dictator. My response to this is: we have ENEMY COMBATANTS pouring in through the border and they are still coming here today. They mean harm to our country and it is clear deep state intends to use these criminals/cartel members as soldiers to arrest and/or execute American citizens. Deep state is completely ignoring our laws and our constitution, I've seen this myself for years; under this kind of situation, an emergency has been declare which it should be. That also means martial law should be used because the enemy is within our border and by "enemy" I include cartel members and our own politicians, many if not most of who are criminals themselves who have been hard at work to undermind and destroy America. That is EXACTLY what martial law is for and if Trump didn't do that he would be remiss in his job as our president. I've followed him for 45 yrs, he ALWAYS does everything strictly according to the law. It appears to me that Mr. Whitehead is trying to make Trump look like the enemy - I would say that it looks like Mr. Whitehead is on the side of the enemy, which would also make him a traitor to our country. I don't know him so don't know if I'm correct but this is what it looks like to me. He has done a hit piece on President Trump. I say this as the daughter of an admiral who was in WW2 and taught me a lot about the military.
